This remedy helps them to relax and share problems, to put these into perspective, and assists in creating a sense of peace.
Please note that this product contains a small amount of alcohol
Dilute 2 drops of this remedy in a glass of water and sip at intervals. If necessary, the remedy can be dropped neat onto the tongue. You can take Bach Flower Remedies as often as you want. If you are in a crisis you may only need one dose but if you’ve been feeling the same way for some time you can take them as long as you need to.
