Usage

Mix 2.5 grams (1 slightly rounded teaspoon) of the supplement in a glass or mug with 30–60 ml of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass or mug with warm or cold water, and enjoy. Individual needs may vary. Start with 2.5 grams daily and gradually increase to a maximum of 6 grams (3 teaspoons) per day. Intake can be taken at one time or split into 2 or 3 portions throughout the day. The supplement can be taken during or outside of meals.
