Orders will be sent as soon as possible upon receipt and payment of your order. Our average time to your delivery is 4 working days from receipt of order. However, due to peak demands and product delivery schedules you must allow 14 days for delivery.
If an ordered product is unavailable we may remove it from the order and send the remaining order, with a refund of removed item. OR we will probably swap the ordered product for another of same or better quality, maintaining similar ingredients and strength, at no extra cost to you.
We will arrange delivery of products to the card holders address only. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us. If you do not take delivery of the products or supply inadequate delivery instructions you will still be charged delivery costs, even if postage was free, however the cost of products will be refunded.
If there is an error or delivery problem you must notify us in writing within 30 days after the order date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
Orders may be cancelled up to the point they are posted by us, for a full refund of all costs of the order, including postage. To cancel in these circumstances you MUST call our Blackburn store directly on 01254 433363, as we cannot guarantee to read any other method of communication in time.
After this you have 30 days from your order date to return any unwanted products, at your own cost, for a refund of product only. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service. All goods received back should be in a saleable condition to ensure you get a full refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected. If goods are received by you in a non-satisfactory condition, return them to us (via 2nd class post), and we will post a replacement and refund your return costs.
Posting outside the UK has customs implications and possible costs and restrictions outside of our control. We are not liable for any extra costs beyond our normal postage costs. The customer takes full responsibility for the import, costs and legalities of any products. Customs seized goods are considered delivered and must therefore be paid in full – no refunds accepted.
Products specially ordered or customised cannot be returned unless not of merchantable quality. A replacement would be sent as per the above details.

Postage Costs
Orders up to £21 will be charged £3.49 postage to UK addresses.
Orders £21 + will be post free to UK addresses.
For orders to Ireland please add £5.99 to any order
For special delivery requests and over weight orders (over 2kg) please contact us, or we will contact you, and we can decide on delivery charges between us. If no agreement can be arrived at, the order will be cancelled. All orders are sent by second class post unless other arrangements are made.
