Montmorillonite has been used for centuries to beautify and rejuvenate skin.

When prepared as a face mask, the clay dries on your skin, tightening pores and leaving your skin toned and firm. The versatile product can also be used as a hair mask or in detoxifying clay baths, body wraps, face masks, mineral or cream-based cleansers and face or body scrubs.

Great for oily skin, this clay absorbs dirt while gently cleansing your pores, leaving your skin feeling revitalised and refreshed.

Usage

Mix one part clay with two parts water. Whisk, adding more clay or water as needed until you get a smooth consistency.

Apply to skin (avoiding the eyes and mouth) and let the clay dry for 15-20 minutes. Slight skin redness may occur, which should disappear 30 minutes after removing mask.

For hair, begin at the roots and massage clay throughout, then leave for five to ten minutes (do not let it fully dry). Rinse with warm water.
